Smoked Cider
A warm, spiced cider with a smoky twist, perfect for cold days.

Ingredients
- 1 Gallon Apple Cider
- 1 T Orange Peel
- 1 T Ground Cloves
- 1 Cup Honey
- 4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 Apple , Sliced
- 1 Clementine , Sliced
- 2 T Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head
- ½ Cup Fireball/Cinnamon Whiskey (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large roasting pan. *If adding alcohol, do not add to roasting pan at this point.
- Smoke at 180° F for 2 hours.
- Serve warm. *Add alcohol at serving time if using.
