Bacon Wrapped Asparagus with Lemon Garlic Aioli

Crispy bacon-wrapped asparagus with a zesty lemon-garlic aioli

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bundle Asparagus
  • 1 package Bacon
  • Duck Fat Spray
  • Corky's Cookout Seasoning

Lemon-Garlic Aioli

  • 1/3 Cup Mayo
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice from (more to taste)
  • 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 3 TBSP Smokin Bros "The Snitch" Garlic Blend

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to 350°
  • Remove wooden ends of the asparagus stalk and discard.
  • Wrap stalks of asparagus with bacon, spray with Duck Fat Spray & season with Corky's Cookout Seasoning
  • Place asparagus on grill and cook until bacon reaches desired crispness.
  • Prepare Aioli while Asparagus is on grill.
  • To prepare Aioli: Mix Mayo, Lemon juice, White Wine Vinegar, and Smokin Bros "The Snitch" Garlic Blend. Set aside, allowing seasonings to rehydrate in sauce.

Notes

Serve with aioli for added flavor.
