Bacon Wrapped Asparagus with Lemon Garlic Aioli
Crispy bacon-wrapped asparagus with a zesty lemon-garlic aioli

Ingredients
- 1 bundle Asparagus
- 1 package Bacon
- Duck Fat Spray
- Corky's Cookout Seasoning
Lemon-Garlic Aioli
- 1/3 Cup Mayo
- 1/2 Lemon Juice from (more to taste)
- 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 3 TBSP Smokin Bros "The Snitch" Garlic Blend
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 350°
- Remove wooden ends of the asparagus stalk and discard.
- Wrap stalks of asparagus with bacon, spray with Duck Fat Spray & season with Corky's Cookout Seasoning
- Place asparagus on grill and cook until bacon reaches desired crispness.
- Prepare Aioli while Asparagus is on grill.
- To prepare Aioli: Mix Mayo, Lemon juice, White Wine Vinegar, and Smokin Bros "The Snitch" Garlic Blend. Set aside, allowing seasonings to rehydrate in sauce.
Notes
Serve with aioli for added flavor.
