Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Corn Salad
A spicy and tangy corn salad with bacon and jalapenos
Equipment
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Corn
- 6 slices Bacon cooked
- 1 TBSP Cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno minced
- 2 TBSP Jimmy Rays Jalapeno Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Mayo
- 2 Limes Juice of
- 2 tsp Man Meat Homestyle
- to taste Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeno
- 1/2 Cup Cheese of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat grill to 350°
- While grill is preheating, fry bacon and chop into fine pieces.
- Place corn directly onto preheated grill and cook to desired char. Remove from grill and slice corn from cob (Frozen or canned corn may be substituted if fresh is unavailable)
- In large mixing bowl, combine; Mayo, Cilantro, Lime Juice, and Jimmy Ray's Jalapeno Sauce. Mix well.
- Add Corn, Minced Jalapenos, Cheese, Bacon, & Homestyle to large mixing bowl. Stir to incorporate.
- Season with Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeno to taste.
- Refrigerate salad until ready to serve.
Notes
Frozen or canned corn can be substituted for fresh corn.
