Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Gallon Apple Cider
  • 1 T Orange Peel
  • 1 T Ground Cloves
  • 1 Cup Honey
  • 4 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 Apple , Sliced
  • 1 Clementine , Sliced
  • 2 T Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head
  • ½ Cup Fireball/Cinnamon Whiskey (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a large roasting pan. *If adding alcohol, do not add to roasting pan at this point.
  • Smoke at 180° F for 2 hours.
  • Serve warm. *Add alcohol at serving time if using.
  • Enjoy!
