Urban Slicer Garlic Knots
Homemade garlic knots with a savory chimichurri butter

Ingredients
- 1 package Urban Slicers Neapolitan Pizza Dough prepared
- 5 TBSP Butter melted
- 2 tsp Elk Creek Chimichurri
- 3 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
- Cooking Spray
- Urban Slicer Pizza Sauce
- Urban Slicer White Pizza Mojo
Instructions
- Preheat to 400°
- Mix melted butter with Chimichurri seasoning to rehydrate, set aside.
- Coat sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Lay pizza dough flat on surface, using knife or pizza cutter - slice into 12 equal sized strips.
- Tie each strip into a knot, tucking ends under each roll.
- Add parm. cheese to chimichurri butter mix, brush 3 TBSP over knotted dough.
- Bake until golden brown, 10-12 min.
- While knots are baking, warm pizza sauce and mix with Urban Slicer White Mojo, to taste.
Notes
Prepare Pizza Dough per instructions on package prior to beginning recipe. Brush with remaining butter mixture before serving. Serve with Pizza sauce.
