- Pecan Wood
Ingredients
- 1 lb Bacon
- Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head or Saints & Sinners BBQ Island Time
- Almond Bark (chocolate or vanilla)
- Fake Flower Stems (fake roses and pull off flower part)
Instructions
- Season bacon with seasoning of choice.
- Roll up bacon slices into rosette, place rosette into mini muffin pan.
- Smoke at 375° for 30-40 minutes. Cool.
- Melt almond bark and dip roses in almond bark and place on stem for chocolate to set up.
- Enjoy!
