Ingredients
- 3 lb Diced Potatoes If using frozen: 30 oz Country style Hash browns
- 1/4 cup Butter melted
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup OR Cream of Cheddar - Condensed
- 1/4 cup Green onion chopped
- 2 cup Cheddar cheese divided
- 2-3 tbsp Smokestack Candied Jalapeños chopped
- 2 tbsp Cash Cow Seasoning add to taste
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 375°
- Fill saucepan with cold water, add fresh potatoes (if using fresh ONLY) Simmer 12-14 minutes, until tender.
- Drain and cool.
- In 9x13 baking dish (half size foil pan) add: melted butter, Cash Cow seasoning, chopped Jalapenos, sour cream, condensed soup, green onion, 1 ½ Cup cheese.
- Mix
- Add potatoes OR frozen hash browns. Stir to combine
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Cook in smoker until browned and bubbly - 25-30 min
- Serve warm & ENJOY!
