- Comp Blend Wood
Ingredients
- 1 block Cream cheese
- 2 T Seasoning of choice
- Texas Pepper Jelly optional
- Crackers/PretzelCrisps
Instructions
- Season cream cheese on all sides with seasoning of your choice.
- Smoke at 250°F for 1 ½ hours until cracks are dry.
- If desired: top with Texas Pepper Jelly
- Serve with crackers or pretzel crisps
- Enjoy!
Notes
We prefer to use Suckle Busters Hoochie Mama and Holy Voodoo but you can use whatever seasoning you like!
