Smoked Pork Street Tacos

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • Pork Shoulder
  • Meat Church Fajita
  • Heath Riles GarlicButter
  • Mustard

Toppings

  • Cabbage
  • Red onion
  • Avocados
  • Cliantro
  • Feta cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh limes wedges
  • Street taco tortilla shells

Instructions
 

  • Coat the pork shoulder in a light coating of yellow mustard.
  • Season liberally with the Meat Church Fajita seasoning.
  • Add light coating of the Heath Riles Garlic Butter.
  • Smoke at 225° F until pork reaches internal temp of 165°and wrap in foil.
  • Continue to smoke until internal temp reaches 205°
  • Remove from smoker and let rest for 30-60 minutes.
  • Pull/Shred pork.
  • Toast tortilla shells to warm and add a little browning.
  • Top with desired toppings.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*Sprinkle with Meat Church Holy Voodoo for a spicy kick
