Ingredients
- Pork Shoulder
- Meat Church Fajita
- Heath Riles GarlicButter
- Mustard
Toppings
- Cabbage
- Red onion
- Avocados
- Cliantro
- Feta cheese
- Sour cream
- Fresh limes wedges
- Street taco tortilla shells
Instructions
- Coat the pork shoulder in a light coating of yellow mustard.
- Season liberally with the Meat Church Fajita seasoning.
- Add light coating of the Heath Riles Garlic Butter.
- Smoke at 225° F until pork reaches internal temp of 165°and wrap in foil.
- Continue to smoke until internal temp reaches 205°
- Remove from smoker and let rest for 30-60 minutes.
- Pull/Shred pork.
- Toast tortilla shells to warm and add a little browning.
- Top with desired toppings.
- Enjoy!
