Remove wooden ends of the asparagus stalk and discard.
Wrap stalks of asparagus with bacon, spray with Duck Fat Spray & season with Corky's Cookout Seasoning
Place asparagus on grill and cook until bacon reaches desired crispness.
Prepare Aioli while Asparagus is on grill.
To prepare Aioli: Mix Mayo, Lemon juice, White Wine Vinegar, and Smokin Bros "The Snitch" Garlic Blend. Set aside, allowing seasonings to rehydrate in sauce.
