Smoked Cheesy Potatoes with Candied Jalapeños

Smoked Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb Diced Potatoes If using frozen: 30 oz Country style Hash browns
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup OR Cream of Cheddar - Condensed
  • 1/4 cup Green onion chopped
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese divided
  • 2-3 tbsp Smokestack Candied Jalapeños chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cash Cow Seasoning add to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat smoker to 375°
  • Fill saucepan with cold water, add fresh potatoes (if using fresh ONLY) Simmer 12-14 minutes, until tender.
  • Drain and cool.
  • In 9x13 baking dish (half size foil pan) add: melted butter, Cash Cow seasoning, chopped Jalapenos, sour cream, condensed soup, green onion, 1 ½ Cup cheese.
  • Mix
  • Add potatoes OR frozen hash browns. Stir to combine
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Cook in smoker until browned and bubbly - 25-30 min
  • Serve warm & ENJOY!
