Texas Pepper Jelly

Instructions
Season cream cheese on all sides with seasoning of your choice.
Smoke at 250°F for 1 ½ hours until cracks are dry.
If desired: top with Texas Pepper Jelly
Serve with crackers or pretzel crisps
Enjoy!
Notes
We prefer to use Suckle Busters Hoochie Mama and Holy Voodoo but you can use whatever seasoning you like!
