Smoked Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 block Cream cheese
  • 2 T Seasoning of choice
  • Texas Pepper Jelly optional
  • Crackers/PretzelCrisps

Instructions
 

  • Season cream cheese on all sides with seasoning of your choice.
  • Smoke at 250°F for 1 ½ hours until cracks are dry.
  • If desired: top with Texas Pepper Jelly
  • Serve with crackers or pretzel crisps
  • Enjoy!

Notes

We prefer to use Suckle Busters Hoochie Mama and Holy Voodoo but you can use whatever seasoning you like!
