Street taco tortilla shells
Instructions
Coat the pork shoulder in a light coating of yellow mustard.
Season liberally with the Meat Church Fajita seasoning.
Add light coating of the Heath Riles Garlic Butter.
Smoke at 225° F until pork reaches internal temp of 165°and wrap in foil.
Continue to smoke until internal temp reaches 205°
Remove from smoker and let rest for 30-60 minutes.
Pull/Shred pork.
Toast tortilla shells to warm and add a little browning.
Top with desired toppings.
Enjoy!

*Sprinkle with Meat Church Holy Voodoo for a spicy kick
